What are Erotica Republic’s submission guidelines?

The stories that will be accepted by Erotica Republic must follow these guidelines:
Must not contain any sexual activity with characters under the age of 18 years old
Must not contain any sexual activity with animals
Be free of spelling and (major) grammar mistakes

Stories containing questionable content including graphic violence and non-consent will be considered on a story-by-story basis by the editor.

Can I submit a story that I have already posted on another site?

Yes. As long as you still retain the rights to your story, you are welcome to submit a story that has already been posted on another site.

Can I post a story I submitted to Erotica Republic on other sites?

Yes. By submitting a story to Erotica Republic, you are granting us a non-exclusive license to publish your story. You still retain all rights to your story and so are welcome to do with it as you please.

Do I retain all rights to my story if I submit it to Erotica Republic?

Yes. You shall retain all rights to your story.

What do I do if my story is rejected?

If your story doesn’t meet our guidelines our editor will reject your submission. When a submission is rejected the editor will note the reason(s) for rejection. If you wish, you can modify and re-submit your story to be reviewed again by our editor

What happened to the “Pays To Post” program?

The "Pays To Post" program was a great idea that sadly just didn't work out. After running it for over a year, we never managed to earn enough revenue to be able to pay our authors like we felt they deserved. Evenutally we felt bad about getting everyone's hopes up only to earn a few dollars to share amongst hundreds of authors. Many authors have expressed to us that they write their stories truly for the love of it and not for the money and so we've decided to suspend the program.
